Where to Find the Dark Carnival by Ray Bradbury

Ray Bradbury was a American fantasy and science fiction writer who is according to the New York Times is the man responsible for bringing modern Science fiction into literary mainstream. His novels were a unique masterpiece and it often immersed the reader into the story .

One of the bestselling and most famous short story collection by American fantasy, science fiction, horror and mystery fiction writer, Ray Bradbury, can now be bought from Gauntlet Press and this is fan favorites Dark Carnival. And its Arkham House Edition can also be purchased from the e-store of Gauntlet Press.

This book was published by Gauntlet itself and is proud to do so. It is Bradburys first and almost impossible to find short story collection. Whoever has read any of Gauntlet Press' old books from the collection of "classic-revisited" by Ray Bradbury will know that Dark Canival is not just a reprint of the original but the actual edition.

The cover art for this book is none other than the haunting Bradbury oil painting which the author himself painted when he wrote Dark Carnival. Initially, it was not painted for the book but turned out to be the best cover for the lost classic. As Gauntlet Press, Inc did justice to Hunger and Thirst by Richard Matheson, this one as well does not have any text on the cover. From seeing the image, many details cannot be seen and you miss out on the enhanced art, therefore, the text of the title is written on the spine of the book. Also, the jacket of the book has been designed by Donn Albright and Buddy Martinez.
